Post Traumatic Growth Coaching

Post Traumatic Growth

Reestablishing well-being and happiness into your life after experiencing challenges or trauma can feel like an unreachable goal. There is hope, and I’d love to help you find it!

Meet Tracey Gerlach, MAPP, CTRS

Hello!

My name is Tracey Gerlach. I am a positive psychology practitioner with a Masters of Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. At UPenn, I studied under Dr Martin E.P. Seligman, founder of positive psychology. I wrote my thesis on cultivating post traumatic growth (PTG) under the advisory of leading researcher, Dr Richard Tedeschi.

I am also a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist who uses fun, games, and experiential learning to boost well-being and inspire empowerment and personal growth.

The aim of this coaching practice is to offer my knowledge and resources to those of you who are wishing to cultivate a greater sense of well-being in order to gain or reestablish personal strength into your lives. I am a supporter of the PERMA Pillars of Well-Being Model and the VIA Character Strengths Survey and utilize the research and data of both into my services.

Mostly, I want to help you find your true beauty and potential, break the personal stigmas and barriers you are living with, and cultivate your best and happiest self.
